VESSEL OPERATIONS

• Tallying of road and rail trucks
• Cleaning and sealing of rail trucks
• Truck inspection and documentation of long-distance road trucks
• Co-ordinating discharge with vessels
• Wharf supervision from commencement of discharge to completion, including:
  • Co-ordinating discharge of vessels with agents, stevedores and port authority
  • Attending pre-plan and daily on-board meetings
  • Coordinating tally sheets and weighbridge tickets
  • Updating of discharge information on this website on a continuous basis if required
  • Communication to the supervisory/ship's agent on a daily basis during the discharge period
  • Finalising discharge with shipping agents and warehouses

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS

• Receiving and dispatching tally of break-bulk and bagged cargo
• Co-ordinating received and dispatched cargo with warehouse supervisor
• Updating of discharge rate on the website on a continuous basis if required
